Submitting Videos to SLA-TVTo submit videos for consideration to be posted on SLA-TV, you must be a registered user. If you haven't registered yet, click here.
Acceptable movie file formats for submission: When you register at SLA-TV, you will be sent a confirmation email containing a link that will open your Internet browser to the SLA-TV upload folder. Click on the “Upload File(s)” link and then click on the browse button to access your computers' directory. Once you have selected a file to upload and fill out the upload form completely and accurately, click on the “Begin Upload” button. Depending on the size of the file you are uploading, this process may take a few minutes. We recommend you upload files no larger than 100MB and no longer than 15 minutes. Once the upload is complete, a message will tell you that the “File Has Been Successfully Sent.” You have the choice to return to the file listing or simply log out. Each submission will be reviewed by SLA and then posted to SLA-TV approximately five days after uploading. All videos, essays, images and content submitted to SLA-TV are public domain, and by submitting your video, you allow your likeness and these properties to be displayed on SLA-TV, SLA communications and materials. Anyone registered at SLA-TV can submit a video, but you must be a SLA Member to win the Express Your Value video contest. If you have any questions please contact SLA at cara@sla.org.
